DO NOT MEET OTHERS, EVEN FRIENDS OR FAMILY

 Self isolation

People who live with others should stay at home for 14 days if they, or anyone in their household, has either a high temperature or continuous cough.

People who live alone should stay home for 7 days if they develop a high temperature of new or continuous cough.

Everyone should avoid non-essential contact with others and unnecessary travel

Everyone being asked to work from work where they can and avoid pubs, clubs, theatres and social venues.

Our aim is to keep our vulnerable patients and staff as well as possible to prevent the surgery closing. The staff are working tirelessly to implement measures to reduce the number of patients coming into the surgery:

1)  There will be no face to face GP appointments available to be prebooked either at the surgery or online.

2)  You will be placed on the telephone list and a clinician will call you back to determine whether advice, a prescription or an appointment is required.

3)  If you are given an appointment please do not arrive too early. Please aim to come into the surgery just before your appointment time. You may be examined by staff who are wearing a mask.

4) We expect our phone lines to be busier - please be patient.

5) We have a member of staff on the door to assist you. Only those patients who have an appointment and have been screened at the door will be permitted entry to the surgery.

Thank you for your cooperation during this time. We will keep this page updated as well as our Facebook and Twitter sites.
